Hello! YV forums are pretty strange, so I figured I'd just answer your question here if it hasn't already been answered.

The action plan used to be available online, which is why there are now some traces leading to it. However, for whatever reason they took it down. If there is a YV contact person at your school they can provide you with one. If not, then e-mail youth venture and they will help you out. For now, I'd suggest just planning the basics to get a head start - who, what, where, when, why, how, etc. And you can use the samples for ideas on what will be asked.
