Helping People Impacted by War
What are ways youth can help others in war ravaged countries like Iraq and Sudan? One venture team helps kids in the Sudan and other places to have more access to education and shelter. Can anyone think of other ways we can help kids and others displaced by war?

What about a concert to raise awareness in the community? I think this would be especially important for the issue of Iraqi refugees since not much attention is being given to that issue. You could give out information about how people could get more involved in the concert.

Could some sort of campaign, with flyers, posters, etc- all over the country to spread awareness help. There could be webpage kind of thing on the YV site that all of these posters point to... and there teens, even if they aren't in a venture could network?
