I'm 25 years old dynamic and young Cameroonian and After facing a lot of difficulties having a job after graduation since June 2006 I've identified a significant undeserved segment in the society which is multi-artistry, multi-media-production and Information Technology which I want to address/up lift this sector firstly as an agent of change create. The efforts of this initiative have led to the establishment of an organization called the Foundation for Youth Capacity Building (FYCB) to constitute the mainstream for
multi-artistry and information Technology in Cameroon for youth integration and capacity development. However, this initiative has attained some of its onset milestones which are as follows:
1. Registered under the following /Ministries
 Regional Registry for Cooperatives and Common Initiative Groups
 Minis try of Youth Affairs
 Ministry of Culture
2. Building A team of dynamic youths to contribute their talents and creativities to this vision
3. Elaborated a plan of action for the next 5 years including programs and projects to be implemented to help reduce the long existing poverty and unemployment through youth integration and capacity building. This plan is capable of affecting 25186 lives within the course of implementation in terms of employment, training and performance opportunities.
4. Now we are at the level of fundraising.

• To empower the socio-economic and cultural aspects of young Cameroonians through multi artistry, multi media production/distribution and IT, as a platform for nurturing young professionals, developing independent talents, information sharing with other producers, stakeholders and promoters, share innovative ideas, and open avenues (A line of approach) for young entrepreneurs to share the fruits of labor.
