Youth Venture

Hi. My name is Kayla Briggs and I have recently joined an environmental group called Green Teens that my friends Jessie, Lindsay, and Kelsey created. The main goal of the club is to raise environmental awareness and help people to realize some of the bad things they do to the environment. So far I have helped with a recreational program where kids got to decorate Eco Bags while they learned about the environment and the many benefits to a canvas bag that can be used over and over instead of paper or plastic. In the future I hope to benefit the group by helping with more fundraisers and awareness activities.
