What to Bring


While finalizing your plans, please consider the following useful recommendations for what to bring with you to the Summit.

Check-In: Thursday, July 15
Check-Out: Sunday, July 18

For the Youth Venture Summit Daily Itinerary

  • Business cards (not required, but suggested for networking with other Venturers)
  • Notepaper and pen
  • Casual clothing for 3-4 days
  • Comfortable shoes/sneakers
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Umbrella
  • Rain jacket
  • Talent Show props, equipment, instruments, music, etc. (optional)
  • Camera
  • Spending money (for transit, souvenirs, extra snacks/drinks, etc.)
  • All forms, contracts and agreements not previously submitted


    • For the Residential Halls (overnight)

  • Pajamas
  • Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, soap, washcloth, face wash,
    antiperspirant/deodorant, etc.)

  • Shower shoes (ie: water-resistant flip flops)
  • Extra towel (optional)
