Youth Venture is partnered with mtvU to offer mtvU grants to students attending mtvU schools. mtvU grants will fund a new student run community service organization or a new project being undertaken by an existing organization. mtvU grant winners, who receive up to $1,000 in funding are featured on the mtvU website and occasionally on the mtvU network. Topics may be on any social problem students identify and have ranged from global issues to health, literacy and prisoners rights.
