Beyond Vanilla is aimed at educating employers and employees about diversity in the workplace

Beyond Vanilla is the working title of a job training program aimed at creating awareness and safe space for diversity in the workplace. It is our goal to educate people on taboo topics like sexuality and gender identity, whose stereotypes often lead to tension, anxiety, or even violence in work environments. We believe that everyone has the right to a job, to earn money and gain experience, while also feeling safe and comfortable with their co-workers and employers. While this program will start off small, we hope to be able to open up dialogues and encourage asking questions on the road to a happier workplace.
