C.H.I.L.D. is Children’s Hope International Literacy & Development, a California-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to transform the lives of children all over the world who suffer from poverty, hunger, lack of education, sickness, and neglect, into lives full of hope and possibilities. Their purpose is to secure the environments of needy children through collaboration with other humanitarian organizations involved in providing children with food, shelter, education, medical care, and opportunities for growth and development.
Youth Venture and CHILD are in the early stages of their partnership—working together to particularly engage young people of the Iranian-American community in southern California to practice the works of humanitarianism in creating and leading their own ventures.
