Goals

I have submitted a Youth Venture proposal for the "INTERDEPENDENT Community Networking Project" and my next goal is to connect with other venturers who resonate with the projects mission. My goal is to successfully complete the development of a music learning program that is a formula for birthing your musical self. My goal is to also finish the first book I am writing and launch the publishing company that will produce it. My goal is to direct revenue from these ventures into a non-profit org that I am creating that promotes and supports sustainable living/community/technology. My goal is to join with like-minded individuals to create core teams that will lead in dynamic and responsible ways down the path to our future. nice. I like your passion :) You asked a question awhile back about how many people need to be on a Team, and I just wanted to make sure you got an answer:
A couple of people and an Ally is just right for starting a Venture Team. The core of most Venture Teams is 3-5 people. Just remember that once you start turning your ideas into action, you might need to ask a few more people for help :). These will be your volunteers- friends, family, community members- that you have told about your project and who are eager to help when the Team needs a few extra people to run events, help raise funds, drive you to a show, or connect you with resources or classes to learn more about the focus of your Venture Team.
So I guess my point is- get started!!
