Aloha,
I'm a German web developer with noteworthy web design skills and an interest in social online networks (more creating and analysing them than using them though)

Born in the late 80s I managed to be part of the rise of the internet. In the age of 12 I designed my first web site for my father’s company. Of cause I started with a drag’n'drop WYSIWYG Editor. But soon I realised that I want more freedom and started to dive into HTML and basic Photoshop followed by PHP (I guess PHP3 was out there when I started). With 15 I opened a social networking site (the-reality.net) based on PHP. This community, which is still online and running successfully in east germany, is in version 3 by now and I’m working on version 4. TR v4 will be released in late spring 2008 and is based on PHP5, XHTML1.1, CSS2 with a flavor of AJAX.

Besides that I’m working in a NGO called Peace Child International as IT Manager. In 2008 I’m going to introduce a new work flow process for Peace Child’s staff followed by a new public web site with a breeze of Web 2.0.
