Hi! Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Today is my last day with Youth Venture and I've been transitioning out. I'm not sure what you mean by starting a web portal. Perhaps you can explain to Katie a little more about your project and she can provide some advice. She's really helpful and super nice. Good luck!
