Hi! I'm sorry you are having problems viewing your private messages. I recommend that you go into "Edit", scrolling down to where it says "Allow private messages" and make sure that box is checked. If it is unchecked, you can't view private messages. If that doesn't work, take a screenshot of what appears after you try to click on the message. Just hit "Prnt Scrn" on your keyboard, open up your paint program/photoshop/whatever you use to create images, paste the image, save it and email it to me. My email address is genv.usa@youthventure.
