The Founder and Director of the Community Youth Network Program (CYNP) Inc
CYNP was form to create networking among young people, youth organization, religious youth groups and Government in their local communities, to awaken them for the responsibility of sustaining peace and development
Also the Founder of the Liberian Excom Anxious for Development (LEAD) Inc which was founded to make young people that participated actively in the Liberian civil war, to realize that violence is not good and help in making them contribute positively in their communities to be accepted and reintegrated into society.
Junior Toe is also a war affect youth who have decided to be used as a touch, to give hope to many other young people like him and encourage these young people to get involve in minimizing violence and become developmental oriented.I report on HIV/AIDS on a community radio station in monrovia, and actively involves with HIV/AIDS inlocal communities.

- To enable young people and youth organization at the community level network in contributing to the emergence and sustenance of peace and development at all level of the engagement, helping government for the growth of their communities and nation. Create massive youth involvement awareness program in the community on peace building, AIDS, Malaria Control Program, Teenage Pregnancy/ Early Sex, Rape, Child Abuse, Girls Education and other disease and acts that are endangering youth development. Fund youth service programs for youth and war affected youth (ex-com). Found networking program in creating job opportunities for qualified youths with local NGOs, INGOs, GOL, CBOs and other donors. Create a family networking program to help reintegrate war affected youth (ex-com) in their home and community. Create a community youth network, agriculture and developmental programs
