    hello beadqueen,

I wanted to reach out to you to see if my venture (Girls Helping Girls) may collaborate with you to effect change. You can visit our YV page or our website (www.empoweragirl.org).
Have you ever considered selling the beads or jewelry that you make to raise funds for underprivileged girls?

    Please respond to me.

    Thanks,
    Sejal

    Hey Beadqueen!

I'm so glad that I found you on this site! I'm actually looking to do close to the same thing, only in addition to making jewelry, we're going to make clothes. Do you have any advice on how to best run a jewelry-making project with young girls? Any good books with good beginner projects? Stuff like that...

    Hey beadqueen!

I remember going to Costa Rica for a school biology trip and visiting a town where it seemed as though everyone surfed all day, made and sold jewelry all evening, and danced all night. I was in heaven!
