Hey I'm Tara! Galvanized by sexism and poverty I encountered in India, I founded Turn Your World Around (www.turnyourworldaround.org) at the age of thirteen to harness the power of youth in making a global difference. Turn Your World Around engages youth in innovative initiatives that range from empowering sex-trafficking victims to increasing access to education. We also help youth start their own projects through our unique social-change portal, turnyourworldaround.org. Thus far we have impacted and engaged thousands around the world!

your venture sounds really amazing! i think my mom went to one of your fundraisers and gave me a packet about aandolan and H.O.P.E. and it really inspired me. i know you went to India to personally deliver the money, but how did you get the money to Sudan? i really would like to raise money for problems in other countries but i don't know how to get the money safely there..
