About Us
We help save the lives of 6,000 children in the world that die every day from drinking contaminated water.

Hi everyone!
Pure Water Vending started with a video we watched at Merrimack High School in NH on contaminated water and we wanted to do something about it.
The statistic that disturbed us the most was that 6,000 children die each day due to drinking contaminated water.
We got a large donation to purchase a vending machine. Jen Defelice, owner of our dance studio, Broadway Bound Performing Arts Center let us put the machine in the studio. We also got a $1000 grant from Youth Venture to cover start up costs such as water bottles, advertising supplies, and other materials to create an awesome sustainable business!
The proceeds from our vending machine gets donated to Pure Water for the World. We only keep enough to buy more water and repair the machine if it breaks. Pure Water for the World installs purification filters for families in third world countries like Honduras at a cost of only $75 each.!
We had our grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on May 16, 2008 where more than 40 of our friends and family members gathered. So far, as of November 26, 2008, we have sold 870 water bottles and forwarded our first donation of $600 to Pure Water for the World.
