Where will the 2010 Youth Venture Summit be held?
Details on the location for the 2010 Youth Venture Summit will be announced soon. Once we have finalized the location, we will send out email updates, and post information on GenV and blog.youthventure.org.
Who is invited to attend the YV Summit?
The Youth Venture Summit it open to all changemakers from around the world. We will have activities planned for youth as well as the adults and allies that support and encourage them. You do not have to be a member of a Youth Venture team to attend the Summit, but by the time the Summit is over you will probably want to start a Venture of your own. Youth under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult chaperone to attend the Youth Venture Summit.

What types of activities will take place at the Summit?
The Summit includes exciting and interactive workshops on a variety of topics, and engaging group activities that will strengthen the network and community. To get a better idea of how it will all go down, check out the Sample Agenda from the 2009 YV Summit

Will there be any free time?
The Summit schedule is quite full and challenging -- there are no large blocks of free time. But there will be opportunities for attendees to relax, and network informally with each other.
What does registration cost?
Registration Rates:
- $200 for Venture team members and youth
- $300 for adults, team allies, and chaperones
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes all meals beginning with dinner on Thursday, July 15, and ending with lunch on Sunday, July 18 and three nights of housing, as well as admittance to all Summit events. All youth will be housed in double occupancy dorm rooms. Adult allies and chaperones will be housed in single occupancy rooms.
When and where can I register to attend the Summit?
