At the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008, Starbucks sponsored two Youth Venture Dream it. Do it. ® tours, one exclusively in Washington State, and one nation-wide. As a result, over 30 Venture Teams have been launched all across the country, and 3,000+ youth have heard about the Starbucks-Youth Venture tour.
The original tour, in November/December 2007, took place in Washington State, and visited the cities:
- Seattle
- Tacoma
- Bellingham
- Walla Walla
- Pasco
- Kennewick
- and Richland
The national tour, February through April 2008, took the Starbucks-Youth Venture opportunity to 13 cities from coast-to-coast. This tour also featured (for part of the time) Divine Bradley, a Youth Venture ambassador and former Venturer. The cities visited in the national tour were:
- Boston
- New York
- Washington D.C.
- Atlanta
- Miami
- Cincinnati
- Chicago
- Las Vegas
- San Bernardino
- Los Angeles
- San Francisco
- San Jose
- and Seattle
