Youth Venture has recently reworked our approach to inspiring young changemakers, and Starbucks is at the forefront of this new movement, supporting 30 youth nationwide through this new transformational experience.
The new Dream it. Do it.™ Challenge is a series of workshops and retreats designed to guide youth through the Youth Venture action plan and the entire process of launching a Youth Venture Team! As youth develop, launch, and sustain their Ventures, the Challenge will provide the skill development, community network connections, and peer encouragement necessary to ensure each young person is set up for success.
This new program is being launched across the US, and Starbucks is supporting youth in all of those cities in this exicting new experience. Starbucks will be supporting the challenge with 30 seed grants to youth attending the Challenge in Washington D.C., Minneapolis and Seattle. They will also be supporting retreats for the Challenge in Minneapolis and Washington D.C.
