Kotis
We have a garage sale planned for the 6th, and have gotten a good amount of stuff. (But some of our members haven't been handing out their flyers....)
Our next goal is to a) buy golden laurel grocery bags that remind people to donate to the food bank while they're at the store or b) get Kotis Design (www.kotisdesign.com) to donate them. The problem? They have a $250 minimum and a $90 start cost. We we'd make- maybe- if we got the $250, $50 profit. That just doesn't cut it. 500 would be better, but that's $750. Arg!
If anyone knows a good tee-shirt company, please tell me.
I'm amazed at how many things you can get there, though. Tell me; if you lived in the ever-rainy seattle, would you be tempted by a goldenlaurel umbrulla? highlighter? beach ball?
Do you even GO to the sites listed on your pens/beachballs/umbrullas/magnets? *dramatic sigh* if we wanted bags, we would need to raise.... $5000. Soon. Beacuse we as a rule donate 75% of our money to the food bank, saving 25%. If anyone has a fundraiser that could be pulled off by five non-ASB and not-really-popular middle schoolers, I'm all ears.
