Diversity in Venture Teams
Hi guys,
I'd like to talk about diversity in venture teams! Diversity is a huge part of America and of youth service - as we all know, in order to make a difference we need to include and accept people from all sorts of backgrounds and with all different kinds of talents.
What have you done to encourage diversity in your team? What are your plans for the future? What do you think people need to do to encourage more diversity?
I know our team is comprised of people from all racial backgrounds in America as well as people from all over the world including France and China. We accept and encourage help from everyone.
