A Cake for Change

Ingredients
* 2 cups Innovation
* 5/2 cups Collaboration
* 1 Tsp Leadership
* 3/2 oz. Passion
* 1 pinch of Viral Marketing
*1/2 tsp Dedication

Directions:
1. Melt passion in a bowl. Save a small amount of passion and place in another container.
2. Slowly mix in innovation and collaboration.
3. Mix leadership and dedication in another bowl and gradually stir it into the first mixture.
4. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 min. until slightly golden.
5. Take out of oven briefly and brush with melted passion and season with some viral marketing.
6. Place back into oven and continue to bake for 5 min until golden brown.
7. Let cool and serve immediately.
