Launching a successful sustaining group

First you start off with a sun burning at 70 degrees. Then you spray a 25 x 5 round pan, 20 x 5 round pan, and a 10 x 2 round pan with Family non stick spray and put the pans in the sun.

Ingredients for cake
4 cups of devotion
3 cups of support
2 cups of loyalty
2 sticks of dreams and ideas
1/2 cup of allies
4 teaspoons of pride (too much pride will kill you)
2 1/4 cups of youth change-makers
3 boxes of youth venture mix
3 community eggs
1/2 tablespoon of dirt (have to get your hands dirty)

Ingredients for Icing
2 cups of motivation
1 cup of self esteem and ambition
1 cup of loyalty
1 community egg
2 bowls of gratitude sprinkles

Mix
1 Open the three boxes of Youth Venture Mix and mix in the 1 sticks of dreams and ideas, 2 cups of support, 1 cup of loyalty, and 2 teaspoons of pride. Mix by hand stirring constantly until the batter is firm.
2. In a separate bowl mix 3 community eggs, 1 teaspoons of pride, 1/2 tablespoon of dirt and 1 cup of devotion. Mix all together.
3. Then mix 2 1/4 cups of youth change-makers, 1/2 cup of allies, 1 cup of support, 1 stick of dreams and ideas, 1 teaspoon of pride, 4 cups of devotion, and 1 cup of loyalty. Mix it by hand until it is very fine.
4. Mix together in one big bowl the 1st mixture of youth venture and the 3rd mixture of youth change-makers. Then mix in the 2nd mixture of community and stir by hand until all the lumps are gone.
5. Take the pans out of the sun and fill each pan up with the complete batter and put it out in the sun for a few hours.
6. Mix in a bowl 2 cups of motivation, 1 cup of self esteem and ambition, 1 cup of loyalty, and 1 community egg. Mixing until the mixture is very smooth.
7. Take the cakes out of the sun and spread very softly and smoothly the icing. Once finished with icing take the bowls of gratitude sprinkles and spread on each cake.
8. Then let it cool and serve
