GenV.net's Birthday Cake Bake-Off!

Get your baking tools ready!! GenV.net’s first birthday is in April and we want you to help us celebrate it by baking us a cake!!! ^_^ OK… so we’re not asking for an actual cake, but we want your Youth Venture recipe.

For April’s contest, we invite all GenV.net members to get their creative juices flowing and write a recipe of what ingredients you think define Youth Venture.

Here’s how:

1. Grab a clean sheet of paper OR click “Add a Blog” (left navigation toolbar). :-)
2. Jot down ingredients you think are essential to launching a successful, sustaining venture in the “Body”.
3. Write out your preparation instructions.
4. Copy and paste the URL link (at the top of the page) into a private message and send it to YV Jen by Friday, April 18.
5. Voting for the best and most original Youth Venture recipe will begin on April 18. :-)

Here’s what a sample recipe looks like (courtesy of sweetbliss27):

Ingredients

• One (1) Tablespoon of Teamwork
• A Sprinkle of Inspiration
• 1/2 Cup of Hard-work

Directions:

1. Place teamwork, inspiration and hardwork in a bowl.
2. Stir and mix evenly and let stand for two minutes.
3. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
4. Cool for 10-15 minutes and serve.
