KLASS
KLASS A few years back, maybe 5-6 years back, actually, my friends and I planned to form a business that would design our ideas for games, inventions, and other ideas. We combined our last names (my friends had the same last name) to make the name KLASS.
KLASS (Teen Grid Division) plans to create likable products in world on the teen grid and host meetings and/or conferences to raise awareness for the prevention and/or treatment of those who face teenage stress, self mutilation, suicide, drug abuse, underage drinking, rejection from society, and other troubling issues. We also hope to create online group meetings weekly or so to help create relationships between teens suffering the same or similar issues as they are worldwide, and discuss their problems and help each other. Comforting, sharing, and ideas will be exchanged between teens so they see more reasoning in their actions.
When we joined tech club, we had no intention of helping anyone. We just wanted to have fun. However, when we were told about the DIDI Initiative, we were thrilled. We wanted to help people who suffered issues such as self mutilation, as we had a personal hit when our friend went to the hospital for that very reason.
Our venture will reach out to teens like us. Teens are under many of the same influences that we are, they have stresses just like we do. This can be very destructive to teens both physically and mentally.
