this is a hilarious picture from the first day I injected testosterone into my thigh. The needle is an inch and a half long and has to go all the way into the muscle! I was absolutely TERRIFIED and it took my partner and my roommate about 45 minutes to calm me down enough to inject. This picture puts the needle in perspective...I am holding a cold wash cloth over my mouth because I swore I was going to pass out. My roommate told me to think of something other than the needle and when I asked "like what?" he replied, "Think of mustaches!"
