This is the picture I took at the Post Office while accessing services of internet nature.I was logged in with their prepaid card for 1 hour access costing about a dollar.Internet access is still a need in Africa,at home it is news over radio,newspaper so no internet literacy.It was July 2005.Webuye is in Western Kenya.
