BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

SPONSOR

The TR3S: MTV, MUSICA Y MAS BLING SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Youth Venture, 1700 N. Moore St., Suite 2000, Arlington, VA 22209 (“Sponsor” or “Youth Venture”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of and physically located in the 50 United States of America and/or Washington, D.C. (excluding Hawaii) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older before September 1, 2011. Void in Hawaii, outside the U.S., in U.S. territories and possessions, in Canada, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter and their entries will not be considered:

• Employees of Youth Venture, Ashoka, Tr3s: MTV, Musica y Mas, Aponwao Design, Inc. (d/b/a Luis Pons D-lab), Uno Magnetic LLC, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or any promotion, advertising, judging or public relations company doing business with any of the above, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), or a member of the immediate family (parent, children, siblings, spouse, regardless of where they live) or any individual living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not).

ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES

There are two ways to enter: (1) Eligible individuals who purchase a Tr3s Bling bracelet from the www.UnoMagnetic.com website between September 1, 2011 and November 8, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes based on the information provided during the purchase process; one entry per bracelet purchased; bracelets eligible for entry will be sold WHILE SUPPLIES LAST; or (2) Eligible individuals may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending a 3x5 postcard with their full name, address, telephone number and email address to Youth Venture; ATTN Bling Sweepstakes Entries; 1700 N. Moore St., Suite 2000, Arlington, VA 22209. Postcards must be sent individually (not in bulk) and postcards must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor no later than November 15, 2011.

Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for entries that cannot be processed due to phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, lost, misdirected or postage due mail, or human or technical failures of any kind.

In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant based on a bracelet purchase, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the credit card used to complete the purchase transaction. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the credit card associated with the winning entry.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner at any time during the Sweepstakes, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. By submitting your entry, you accept all Sweepstakes rules, agree to be subject to all notices posted online in connection with the Sweepstakes, and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final.

WINNER SELECTION

One potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about November 16, 2011. The potential winner will be contacted by email (as provided in the entry) on or about November 16, 2011. The potential Winner will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, appropriate tax forms, and, where permissible, a Publicity Release. The Winner’s travel companion will be required to sign a Liability/ Publicity/ Travel release. Disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner may result if the prize notification is undeliverable, if the potential Winner fails to comply with the documentation requirements or these Official Rules, or if the potential Winner is determined to be ineligible or cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason. Subject to confirmation and compliance with these Official Rules, the Winner’s may be announced on the www.genv.net webpage.

ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

GRAND PRIZE - TOTAL ARV:

Two Thousand Eight Hundred US Dollars ($2,800.00)

One (1) Winner will receive the Grand Prize (the “Prize”):

• 2 tickets to an MTV Unplugged Concert (to be selected by MTV) (the “Concert”)
• Airfare: One (1) Round-trip Coach Airfare for the Winner and one (1) guest, from a major airport nearest the winner’s home to the major airport nearest the Concert site; Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary; if Winner’s home is within 120 miles of the Concert site, alternative transportation will be provided.
• Hotel Accommodations: One (1) night's hotel stay for Winner and one (1) guest, with one (1) hotel room, double occupancy, for the night of the Concert; some restrictions may apply.
• $100 in cash.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE TERMS

Winner and his/her guest must be able to travel on the dates and times specified by Sponsor, otherwise the Winner forfeits the Prize.

All travel-related expenses not explicitly listed above, such as gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, ground transportation, insurance, service charges, baggage fees, food and beverage, personal expenses such as telephone and internet charges, and souvenir purchases are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be required by hotel to provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in.

All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier and itinerary of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be booked at minimum of seven (7) days in advance.

Winner and travel companion must have and present valid photo ID and any other required travel documents prior to departure. Airline regulations apply. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Winner’s guest must be a legal U.S. resident, 18-years of age or older, unless the travel companion is a child of Winner or minor that has written parental permission to accompany Winner. Travel companion and/or the legal guardian of the travel companion must complete and return a Liability/ Publicity/ Travel Release prior to travel.

If weather affects the ability for Winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of the Prize during the scheduled date and time, then Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the Prize package minus the unused portion of the Prize. If for any reason whatsoever, the Winner and/or his/her guest are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner. If the Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor’s finalizing and paying for travel and there is sufficient time to notify an alternative winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash in lieu of Prize and no exchange or substitution of Prize, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Actual retail value of the Prize will depend on the Winner’s departing airport and airfare costs. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.

PUBLICITY

By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, each entrant gives permission to Sponsor to use his or her name, photograph, voice, biographical information, and likeness, in any and all media, for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/ RELEASE/ DISPUTES

PLEASE NOTE: Winner acknowledges that Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered. All prizes are awarded AS IS.

PLEASE NOTE: All participants acknowledge that Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, dealers, and vendors, and these companies’ officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) entries that are lost, misdirected, unintelligible, corrupted, incomplete, late, otherwise not in compliance with these rules; (ii) any act, failure to act, delay, or error relating to the transmitting or processing of entries; (iii) telecommunications network, phone system, computer system, hardware, or software malfunctions, failure, disconnection, data loss, or other difficulties of any kind, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, or accessing or downloading materials relating to the Sweepstakes; (iv) any conditions caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes if causes beyond Sponsor control corrupt the administration, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, dealers, and vendors, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of all such companies from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity and privacy. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ENTRANTS.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

PRIVACY

Personal information provided to Uno Magnetic during the purchase process will be treated in accordance with Uno Magnetic’s Privacy Policy, available on the www.unomagnetic.com. Only information regarding the potential winner will be shared with Sponsor for purposes of winner notification and sweepstakes administration. Personal information provided through the mail-in entry process will be collected by Sponsor and used only for winner notification and sweepstakes administration.
