Poverty Facts and Stats
Hey guys,
I was just surfing the net when I came across these facts about poverty. I couldn't believe what I was reading! So I want to share it with everyone:
1. Half the world — nearly three billion people — live on less than two dollars a day.
2. The poorest 40 percent of the world’s population accounts for 5 percent of global income. The richest 20 percent accounts for three-quarters of world income.

Here's a taste of Youth Venture :)
Ingredients:
~ 1 cup of dedication
~ 1.5 of commitment
~ 1 cup of perseverance
~ 2 tablespoon of empowerment
~ 2 tablespoon of passion
~ 1.5 teaspoon of inspiration
~ 2.5 tablespoon of teamwork
~ Sprinkles of creativity
~ Youth Venture Icing ( Only on genv.net! )
Directions:
1. Grease three 9 inch cake pans. Line bottoms with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a small pan over low heat, combine dedication, commitment and perseverance. Stir until all ingredients have melted, and mixture is smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Dog fighting rings
Throughout the country pets are frequently nabbed for "bait" - animals used to test another dog's fighting instinct. The "bait" is mauled or killed in the process. Ring leaders arranged dog fights, bet on the fights and mistreated animals that were not sufficiently ferocious. The fights continued until one dog was killed or gave up. Dogs that lost fights were put to death by drowning, hanging, gunshot, electrocution or being slammed to the ground.
