About Us
Community Based Core WiMAX Broadband Wireless Infratsructure
Formation of WiMAX Youth Venture Teams to educate their communities on the advantages of using newer broadband wireless technologies to implement and sustain social entrepreneurship and asset-based community development by involving the leaders of tomorrow within our communities.
>
WiMAX Youth Venture Teams will introduce and implement sustainable adoption models that support the massive social investment presented through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) using WiMAX broadband infrastructure. This goes hand-in-hand with active educational programs like the Best Buy @15 and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs and will support the many public/private systems, agencies and non-profits within our communities such as local governments, universities/colleges, K-12, libraries, smart grid, workforce development, distance learning, labor exchange, mentor/protégé programs, jobs creation and digital access, inclusion, literacy for low-income individuals/households.
>
