Bode Man
He wears silver framed round spectacles which can see beyond opaque objects and even into different dimensions. They can also see object far away unseen by the naked eye. He has long white hair, reaching his ankles. He wears a white flowing robe reaching all the way down to his sandals, which are also white...to the soles! He does not walk on the ground, he hovers just a few inches above it, prowling for any mischeivious beings, whatever its genus. Felis, Leo, Panthera, Musca, Homo. Non of them escape the supersight of Bode Man.
He can move faster than light and stopping missiles and bullets for him is childplay.
On hist left hand is a huge wihte book with a diamond cover and silver pages. They call it - the BODE (book of Code). In it are contained all the rules ever established in all the legal systems of the world and all religions of all the civilizations that ever existed on earth and along with them, the code for rewards and punishments.
It also has a borauders map showing the location of all the sentient being currently on the planet and their actions.
In his right hand he carries a golden quill...- the Quantum Quill or simply, the Quantill. With it, he records all offenses that happen as well as the offenses.
With it, he also spews out quantum lashes and whips wrong doers. He can also use it to create things such as gifts for the good. By pointing it to a date on a page on the Bode and giving a command, he can travel to that time time, whether in the pas or future and mete out justice there.
He also uses the Quantill to write the law and ethics into corrupt minds.
He knws only one law, the Bode, and has only one philosophy,
"realize Utopia"
