Cuando Alejandra (26), María (24), Edith (11) y Silvia (22) identificaron que en su comunidad rural ubicada en Cuapiaxtla, Puebla, existe un gran problema con el alcohol y el tabaco, pensaron en hacer algo. Así que crearon un colectivo llamado Jo Ex Tla y empezaron a trabajar para evitar este problema por medio de platicas a cerca del alcoholismo y el tabaquismo en preparatorias. Aunque han tenido problemas con los gobernantes locales de su comunidad, han sabido enfrentar los retos y ahora el equipo es más determinante para comprobar que ellos pueden cambiar al mundo.

When Alejandra (26), Maria (24), Edith (11) and Silvia (22) in Mexico identified that their rural community of Cuapiaxtla, Puebla had alcohol and tobacco problems, they set about to do something about it. Using what they knew best, video, the team named itself Jo Ex Tla and launched Teahult, a project that aims to document community concerns, starting with alcoholism, and then hold public discussion sessions in local middle schools. Although they have faced challenges coordinating with local governments, the team is more determined than ever to reveal the truth and prove that they can change their world.
