Venture is devoted to solve the problems of farmers and leborers

Near our University campus there are many cement go-downs situated besides the main road. We often see the process of loading and unloading of heavy cement bags by the skinny laborers working in extreme conditions. Idea of LIFT-OFF-CRAFT was born as a solution to make the life of these laborers easy. This also reminded about the same problem face by farmers during storing and selling their crops. Observations in marts, libraries and industries exposed the various fields of applications of this product. These were more than enough reasons to decide to design and fabricate such cart under our hardware project.
While working on the project efforts were made to design an efficient and cost effective product so that laborers and farmers can afford to have the product and outcomes were encouraging. As a result we are able to create this exciting product which can be helping hand for the laborers and improve their productivity.
Most interesting and unique part of the venture LIFT-OFF-CRAFT is involvement of youth volunteers for manufacturing of the carts. In this way they will acquire some mechanical skills and this will improve their employability. LIFT-OFF-CRAFT will initially adopt social manufacturing unit model instead of industrial manufacturing unit this will provide unique employment option to youth.
