August's Video Competition Begins NOW!
Best Video Posted on GenV.net: Youth Creating Change
GenV.net has a great function where you can easily upload YouTube videos to your profile! So, this month’s competition is The BEST Uploaded YouTube Video posted on GenV.net. The theme of the posted video must be: Youth Creating Change.
This is what you need to do to upload a video:
1) Find a video to submit to the contest on www.youtube.com
2) To add YouTube videos on your profile:
* Locate the video ID on the YouTube website.
Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch.php?v=aBM4QYXPf-s

Genv.net’s online photo contest begins Monday, July 2nd. Genv.net’s second official contest is a photo contest. If you have taken a photo you like, or have a great photo of your venture in action, upload the photo you want entered into the contest to your genv.net individual profile. After you upload the picture, copy the url link to the picture and send the link in a message to Vista Josh on genv.net by July 16, 2007. The submitted photos will then be posted in the forums section to be voted on by genv.net users.

Genv.net's first contest begins--win a $50 Visa gift card!
Genv.net is beginning the first of six contests for genv.net users this Friday, June 8. There will be monthly contests that culminate in a 2007 Member of the Year Award to be announced in December. Each contest will be a chance for genv.net users to show their creativity and ability to use the many features of genv.net. The winner of each contest receiving a $50 Visa card, be the featured user on genv.net for a week, and have their picture permanently placed in the rotation of pictures that appear at the top of every homepage !
